All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Free shipping offers may be available on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Failed Deliveries & Return to Origin (RTO)

Orders may be returned to us if:

The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
The customer is unavailable during delivery attempts.
The order is refused at the time of delivery.

In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a suitable resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
